The Dynomite Diesel DDP 9498-2 Stage 2 injector set is a brand-new, balanced 6-injector package built for 1994–1998 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 5.9L 12-valve trucks. It supports up to 550 RWHP with the right supporting mods, while still staying streetable.

These injectors use Dynomite’s SAC nozzle with patented pilot-hole technology (5-hole + 2 pilots at 0.005"). The pilots introduce fuel gradually so the turbo spools sooner without a big smoke hit. Set at 270 BAR pop pressure, they are a strong upgrade over worn or stock injectors for daily driving, light-to-moderate towing, and mild performance builds.

Expect better fuel economy than tired stock injectors, tighter smoke control, and a noticeable improvement in throttle response. They are not the right choice for frequent or heavy towing on a stock turbo.

Installation notes

For best results, set timing to 18–19 degrees. Pairing these injectors with upgraded delivery valves is commonly recommended to get the most out of the extra fuel. They work well on a stock or mildly upgraded turbo for street use and light-to-moderate towing. Do not rely on a stock turbo for frequent heavy towing with this injector size.
