The Dieselsite FPCM is an upgraded electronic fuel pump control module designed for 1999–2003 7.3 Powerstroke trucks. It replaces the factory fuel pump relay circuit to provide clean, high-amperage 12-volt battery power directly to the chassis-mounted electric fuel pump. Dieselsite engineers this controller with heavy-gauge wiring, a sealed weatherproof relay, and a built-in safety cutoff trigger wired into the factory key-on and inertia switch signals.

Voltage drops at the frame rail, premature fuel pump failure, and erratic fuel pressure under wide-open throttle are what this module cures. The factory wiring harness routing to the 7.3 fuel pump runs through aging fuse panels and undersized factory wire, often dropping voltage below 11 volts under load and causing the electric pump to run hot, whine, and lose volume. It is the fuel pump control module and plug-in relay harness assembly only; the electric fuel pump itself is sold separately.

It fits 1999–2003 7.3 Powerstroke Super Duty trucks and Excursions, as well as 1994–1997 OBS trucks utilizing an electric fuel conversion that requires a safe, keyed power harness.

Disconnect both negative battery terminals before wiring the main 12-volt power lead to the battery or starter relay stud. Mount the sealed relay enclosure upright in a secure location away from direct exhaust heat and moving suspension components. Ensure the chassis ground wire is attached to bare, unpainted metal to maintain full circuit voltage and prevent pump ground float.
