The DieselSite OBSFAN replaces the factory metal cooling fan on 1994-1997 Ford 7.3L OBS Powerstroke trucks. It is built from thicker material than stock for durability.

DieselSite revised the blade pitch to move more air, with better balance and smoother operation. The fan is slightly larger than stock but installs in the factory location without modification on stock trucks.

Vehicle Fitment & Technical Installation Notes

• Fitment: 1994-1997 Ford 7.3L OBS Powerstroke. Trucks with an aftermarket Fluidampr balancer need the DieselSite fan spacer. Trucks with an aftermarket radiator or front end changes should check clearance first.
• Installation Tip: Measure the gap between the fan and radiator before installing. If you have less than 1 3/8 inch, or worn transmission mounts, fix that or add the spacer so the fan cannot contact the radiator.
