The Ford F81Z-8592-BA is the lower water-pump inlet elbow for a 1996–2001 7.3 Powerstroke. It is the curved inlet. A 2001–2003 truck with the straight inlet uses 1C3Z-8592-AA. Match the piece you pull.
A rusted elbow is a coolant leak at the bottom of the pump, and it is air in the system. The O-ring is F81Z-8255-AA. The bolts are W300003. Neither is in this box. The heater-hose nipple is F81Z-18599-AA. The late-style pump is Atlas 146-0001.
It fits 1996–2001 7.3 trucks that use the elbow inlet.
