This system combines AirDog’s classic high-flow return base with their quiet 4-bearing 4G electric motor, which reduces motor operating temperatures and extends service life. Fuel is drawn from the fuel tank through an included 1/2-inch draw straw, bypassing the restrictive OEM module. Contaminants and moisture pass through a primary water separator filter (WS100) before reaching the internal pump assembly, which pushes fuel under a steady 15–17 PSI through a 2-micron particulate filter (FF100-2).
