The Driven Diesel DD-73L-TSHR is a thermostat-housing reinforcement ring for a 1994–2003 7.3 Powerstroke. It is a stainless ring that clamps the housing flange flat. A warped flange is the leak at the water pump.
The ring, an O-ring, and three M6 flange bolts are in the kit. It will straighten a housing that is not perfectly flat. A pitted housing or a pitted pump still has to be replaced. Torque the bolts in steps to 150 in-lb. The thermostat is Motorcraft F6TZ-8575-EA. A billet housing is the DieselSite piece if the factory housing is already gone.
It fits 1994–2003 7.3 trucks with the factory thermostat housing.

Clean both sealing faces. A reused O-ring weeps. Bleed the system after the hose is back on. The upper heater-hose nipple is F81Z-18599-AA.
