Important Notes

• Lift pump recommendation: Use a minimum 150 GPH lift pump; for maximum output and reliability, a 200+ GPH pump set to 8–12 psi (commonly 8–10 psi) is strongly preferred. Excess pressure can damage the pump and cause poor idle quality.
• Early model tuning: On 2001–2005 LB7 and LLY engines, the FPR/FCA tables must be rescaled for the LBZ-style CP3. A competent custom tuner can complete this.
