Factory LML trucks rely on the CP4 to pull fuel from the tank under vacuum. That constant strain is a known contributor to premature CP4 failure. The PowerFlo eliminates the vacuum by delivering positive fuel pressure (10-13 psi at idle) directly to the injection pump.
