The Fleece FPE-CUMM-FBOP is a block-off plate for 1989-1998 Dodge Ram trucks with the 5.9L 12-valve Cummins. Once you swap the factory mechanical lift pump for an electric pump, it covers the opening the old pump leaves behind.

The kit comes with the cover, bolts and an O-ring, so it is a simple finishing step on a lift pump upgrade. It gives the side of the engine a clean look where the stock pump used to sit.
