The South Bend N1765SA is a throwout bearing for a Super Duty with a ZF6. It is self-aligning, and it is the bearing only. South Bend lists it for the 2003–2010 ZF6 clutch. A 1999–2003 7.3 organic kit already includes its own bearing.
A howl or a grind with the pedal out is this bearing. It rides the diaphragm fingers and has to be replaced with the clutch. The transmission has to come out. The disc, the pressure plate, and the hydraulics are not in this box.
It fits Super Duty trucks with the ZF6 that use this South Bend bearing.

Grease the collar, not the face. A dry collar eats the fork. If the fingers on the pressure plate are grooved, the plate comes out too.
