The Ford 3C3Z-9324-BA is the driver-side high-pressure oil hose for a 2003–2004.25 6.0 Powerstroke. It runs from the high-pressure oil pump to the driver standpipe, under the valve cover.
A cracked hose is a high-pressure oil leak, a long crank, or a no-start when hot. This one is the genuine Ford hose and drops in. The passenger-side hose is a different piece. If one side is leaking, the other is the same age.
It fits 2003–2004.25 Super Duty and Excursion trucks with the 6.0.

The valve cover has to come off. Relieve the high-pressure oil before a line comes loose. A hot oil leak will burn.
