The Ford 4C3Z-9C977-AA is the seal kit for the injector pressure regulator on a 1994–2003 7.3 Powerstroke. It reseals the IPR you already have. The valve is not included.
A cut O-ring on the IPR leaks high-pressure oil in the valley and drops ICP, which shows up as a hard start and a truck that will not stay running. Replace the seals any time the IPR comes out. It supersedes F6TZ-9C977-AN and F6TZ-9C977-AO. The Alliant match is AP0003.
It fits 1994–2003 F-Series, E-Series, and Excursion 7.3 trucks. It is not the HPOP fitting kit.
