6.0 Powerstroke 18MM Loaded O-ring Cylinder Head – DK Engine DK-FD6.0-18CHLO (Single Head)

Stop fighting blown head gaskets and cracked factory heads on your 6.0 Powerstroke. The DK Engine Parts 18MM Loaded O-Ring Cylinder Head (DK-FD6.0-18CHLO) is a direct upgrade engineered specifically for 2003–2005 6.0L Powerstroke engines with 18mm head dowels.
This head features a precision-machined O-ring groove with a stainless steel fire ring that creates a much stronger metal-to-metal seal than the factory design. The O-ring keeps combustion pressure inside the cylinder and out of the cooling system — dramatically reducing the chance of head gasket failure, even under higher boost and cylinder pressures from tuning or performance modifications.
Each head is built from a new casting that has been strengthened in the critical areas around the glow plugs and valve seats (common failure points on OEM heads). It is fully loaded with brand new nitride intake and exhaust valves, valve springs, retainers, locks, and valve stem seals — ready to bolt on with minimal machine work.
