Stop fighting the #1 failure point on the 6.0L Powerstroke. The DK Engine 20MM Loaded O-ring Cylinder Head is a serious upgrade over factory heads. It features a precision-machined O-ring groove with a stainless steel wire that creates a much stronger seal against the head gasket — virtually eliminating the combustion pressure leaks into the cooling system that destroy so many 6.0L engines.

Built on a brand-new casting with reinforced areas around the glow plugs and valve seats, this head is designed to handle stock or modified trucks without the cracking issues common on factory heads.
