The Ford F81Z-8260-CA is the upper radiator hose for a 1999.5–2003 7.3 Powerstroke that routes around the serpentine belt. It is stock on a dual-alternator truck. On a single-alternator truck it is the factory way to get the hose out of the belt, so a belt change does not require a coolant drain. The hose that runs through the belt is XC3Z-8260-DA.

It is the hose only. Clamps are not included. Ford also used it on Excursion and ambulance chassis. The silicone upper reroute is Mishimoto MMHOSE-F2D-99UBK.

It fits 1999.5–2003 Super Duty and Excursion 7.3 trucks.

Match the outlet on the pump. A curved elbow and a straight inlet take different hose ends. Bleed the system after it is on.
