The Motorcraft F81Z-9C402-AA is the quick-connect fitting on the HPOP for a 1999–2003 7.3 Powerstroke. It is the pump-end fitting, sold one at a time. Order two if both lines are coming off. The hose is not included.

This is the fitting the factory line snaps into. A chewed or leaking one will weep ICP even with a new hose. It still accepts the check ball and spring. The bored-out fitting that deletes that spring is F81Z-9C402-AAA, and that is a different part. Clean the threads and use thread locker on the first few threads. The pump does not have to come off to change it.

It fits 1999–2003 Super Duty and Excursion 7.3 trucks. A 1994–1997 OBS uses a different outlet.
