The Bostech DEC020803 is the driver-side high-pressure oil line from the HPOP to the head on a 1999–2003 7.3 Powerstroke. It is the aftermarket match for Ford YC3Z-9J323-E. The hose only. The passenger line is a different part.

It is about 12.75 inches, with a 90-degree fitting at one end and a straight fitting at the head, the same layout as the factory driver hose. A cracked line dumps ICP in the valley and shows up as a hard start. The fittings in the pump and the head are not included. The warranty is 13 months, unlimited miles.

It fits 1999–2003 Super Duty and Excursion 7.3 trucks. A 1994–1997 OBS uses a different line.

If the quick-connect fittings are chewed up, a new hose will still leak. Those are Motorcraft F81Z-9C402-AA at the pump and F81Z-9N332-AA at the head.
