KC Turbos 300127 360 Extreme Turbo Rebuild Kit

KC Turbos 300127 360 Extreme Turbo Rebuild Kit is built for 2003–2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke and 2004.5–2007 GM 6.6L Duramax LLY/LBZ factory turbochargers.

This is the more complete Extreme kit. It includes an upgraded 360-degree thrust bearing plus the extra o-rings, seals, and hardware needed for a full internal rebuild of the turbo and bearing housing.

The 360-degree thrust bearing spreads load more evenly than a stock-style 270-degree bearing to reduce wear and help control shaft play. The kit also includes a new thrust collar, oil slinger, piston rings, journal bearings and sleeve, compressor cover o-ring, backing plate o-ring, piston cap retaining ring, piston cap o-ring seal, four backing plate bolts, five cover bolts, and one VGT solenoid bolt.

Use this kit when the wheels and housings are still serviceable, but the turbo is leaking oil internally, smoking, noisy, or showing excessive shaft play.

This kit is intended for a factory turbocharger. If you have an aftermarket, remanufactured, or KC GTP/TP/KC300X turbo, confirm fitment before ordering. It is designed for advanced installers, does not include instructions or step-by-step tech support, and carries no warranty on DIY products.
