OEM GM 97209622 Main Bearing Cap Bolt for 2001-2005 LB7 & LLY 6.6L Duramax
Genuine GM main bearing cap bolt designed for the early 6.6L Duramax diesel engines. This is the M14 x 105mm crankshaft main bearing cap bolt (no head marking) used on LB7 and LLY engines.
Key Details:
- Fits 2001–2005 Chevrolet Silverado / GMC Sierra 2500HD & 3500HD with the 6.6L Duramax (LB7 and LLY)
- Torque-to-yield (TTY) bolt — must be replaced every time it is removed. These bolts stretch during the torque procedure and cannot be reused accurately.
- 10 bolts required per engine
- Genuine GM / OE quality for proper clamp load and long-term reliability
These bolts thread into the bottom of the main bearing caps and are a critical fastener during any bottom-end work, main bearing replacement, or engine rebuild.
