PPE 117000700 3" 304 Stainless Steel Downpipe — 2015.5-2016 LML Duramax (3-Bolt Flange)
Upgrade the restrictive factory downpipe on your 2015.5-2016 Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD 6.6L Duramax LML with this PPE high-flow 3-inch stainless steel replacement. Designed specifically for later LML trucks with the 3-bolt triangular flange, it replaces the stock crushed oval pipe that creates an abrupt restriction right after the turbo.
Mandrel-bent 3" 304 stainless steel tubing and TIG-welded flanges deliver a smooth, round, unrestricted flow path. Exhaust exits the turbo faster, which improves turbo efficiency, speeds spool-up, lowers EGTs, and produces a deeper, more aggressive exhaust note. A woven titanium heat sleeve (held with stainless clamps) keeps heat in the exhaust instead of the engine bay and cabin.
Factory sensor bungs (M20-1.5 and M14-1.5) are retained so OEM sensors install without modification. The design is a direct bolt-on and is CARB EO# D-701-30 approved for 50-state legal use.

Important: This part is for 2015.5+ 3-bolt flange trucks only. Early 2015 models with a V-band clamp require PPE 117000600.
