S&S Diesel Motorsport LML-100SAC-SET – 100% Over SAC Injector Set
The S&S Diesel LML-100SAC-SET is a complete set of eight brand-new, high-performance fuel injectors engineered for serious power on the 2011–2016 LML Duramax. These 100% over injectors deliver approximately double the fuel flow of stock while maintaining the refined drivability and reliability expected from a properly built diesel.

- SAC Nozzle Design — Upgraded from the factory VCO-style nozzles to a more durable Bosch-style SAC nozzle. This design offers superior heat resistance and longevity under high-load conditions.
- Proprietary Nozzle Honing — Every nozzle is precision-honed for clean, consistent orifices that produce an ideal spray pattern and efficient combustion.
- Industry-Leading Flow Matching — Nozzles are matched to a strict 1% variance per set. Complete injectors are matched to within 3% variance, ensuring balanced cylinder contribution, smooth idle, and reduced engine stress.
- Advanced Testing & Mapping — Tested using Viscor SAE-J967 calibration fluid at stabilized temperature and pressure. Each injector is evaluated at multiple pressure and energizing points so injection rate shapes (profiles) align across the entire operating range.
- Custom Internal Modifications — Internal build specifications (including piezo response optimizations) are tailored specifically to the 100% over nozzle flow rate for improved control and consistency.
