What Makes This Valve Body Superior
Every A1000-303 is completely disassembled, thoroughly hand-washed and aqueous-solvent cleaned to remove all metal and clutch debris, then hand-assembled by skilled technicians using premium components and select durability upgrades. It receives a custom reprogramming shift kit with modified fluid passages, changed orifice diameters, custom high-performance shift valves, and proprietary spring assemblies.
Premium upgrades typically include:
- Billet steel SSV (solenoid switch valve) and end plugs
- RevMax “triple double” 3/2 billet accumulator pistons with dual seals
- Upgraded steel accumulator housing plate (approximately 3× thicker than stock)
- Proprietary accumulator springs for improved 3-4 shift feel
- Proprietary separator plate with bonded gasket (eliminates cross-leaks and warpage)
- Upgraded valve body-to-case seals and Grade 8 custom fasteners
- New O-rings, sealing rings, and gaskets where applicable
