- Proprietary Frictions: We use SunCoast-exclusive C1, C2, C3, and C4 Alto carbonite and Raybestos SCZ frictions that feature a unique waffle pattern instead of center slots. This innovative design helps the clutch material retain oil, promoting better cooling when the clutch isn't applied.
- Enhanced Apply Pistons: The redesigned apply pistons feature improved rubber compounds proven to withstand higher heat. This custom piston allows for a thicker spring apply plate, which replaces the thin OEM plate that can cone and cause uneven application, leading to premature clutch failure.
- Custom Apply Plate: Our exclusive apply plate actively redirects fluid to better lubricate the frictions from the inside out.
