Unlike the factory radiator, which uses solid side mounting pegs that can transfer damaging force to the radiator, Mishimoto's design incorporates co-molded aluminum and rubber mounting pegs to reduce stress and flex. This innovative solution minimizes the risk of radiator failure by dampening torque transfer from the truck to the radiator.
