Mishimoto Performance (MP) offers a 'no questions asked' limited lifetime warranty on all its products. This warranty covers any defect in product and promises replacement of the original product. Warranty claims must include the original sales receipt from an authorized dealer. Installation should be performed by a trained professional, and any compatibility or installation issues should be addressed prior to installation.

The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of any part or parts, excluding other remedies provided by law. All returns for warranty consideration must have prepaid transportation expenses. MP is not responsible for damages from improper operation, including but not limited to incorrect opening of radiator pressure caps, burst hoses, unintended application, negligence, improper installation, or any other misuse that causes damage or injury. MP also provides accident protection under its warranty policy, requiring pictures of the accident and an official police report within three months of the incident.
