The Mishimoto MMHOSE-F2D-99RRBK is a black silicone radiator hose kit for a 1999–2001 7.3 Powerstroke built before April 28, 2001. It is the curved-outlet kit. The upper hose reroutes behind the serpentine belt, so a belt change does not require a coolant drain. The later kit, for the straight outlet, is MMHOSE-F2D-01RRBK.

You get the upper reroute hose, a silicone lower hose, and the clamps. The hoses are four-layer silicone. The upper-only hose is MMHOSE-F2D-99UBK. The factory upper hose is XC3Z-8260-DA. The curved elbow is F81Z-8592-BA.

It fits 1999–2001 Super Duty 7.3 trucks built before April 28, 2001, with the curved water-pump outlet.
