The Mishimoto MMHOSE-F2D-99UBK is a black silicone upper radiator hose for a 1999–2003 7.3 Powerstroke. It reroutes the upper hose behind the serpentine belt, so a belt change does not require a coolant drain. The full hose kit is MMHOSE-F2D-01RRBK. The factory hose is XC3Z-8260-DA.

The hose is four-layer silicone. Three worm-gear clamps are in the box. The lower hose stays. The warranty is lifetime.

It fits 1999–2003 F-250 and F-350 trucks with the 7.3.
