The main difference between those two Mishimoto radiators for the 6.0L Powerstroke comes down to the core thickness and the exterior finish.
MMRAD-F2D-03: This is the older, now-discontinued version. It features a 1.41-inch thick core and comes with a shiny, polished aluminum finish.
MMRAD-F2D-60: This is the current, updated model. It steps up to a much thicker 1.88-inch core to maximize cooling efficiency and features a brushed aluminum finish.
