The Motorcraft FA-1883 is the factory air filter for a 2018–2021 F-150 3.0 Powerstroke. It is the panel that drops into the stock air box. Ford lists it as 7C3Z-9601-A. Sold one at a time.

Use it at the service interval. It is the element Ford spec’d for airflow and filtration on this engine. The air box stays. The warranty is 2 years, unlimited miles. The washable aftermarket panel is aFe 31-10162.

It fits 2018–2021 F-150 trucks with the 3.0 Powerstroke. The same panel is also used on several gas F-150 engines.
