The Motorcraft FD-4595 is the factory replacement fuel filter element for the 7.3L OBS Powerstroke valley fuel bowl. It is Ford service part F4TZ-9N184-A.

It drops into the fuel bowl and traps the fine contaminants that wear injectors. Change it at every service interval or any time you see low fuel pressure or rough running.
