Part looks good and fit great on my 97 F350. Be sure to spend some extra money on the Ford TA-31 RTV instead of cheaper part store stuff. I followed set times and still had to re-do it after my boost leak test blew out the cheaper stuff. Not the simplest install as you do have to pull the turbo to PROPERLY clean the mating surface on the head and you have to disconnect the oil lines and one fuel line but if you have a boost leak at the plenums its what needs to be done. Glad full force offers a product thats not $400 like some others have.

Let me start with saying thank you to Full Force Diesel for providing this option so we can address the crappy factory plenums with a robust product!!! This product seems to be a super strong product with very nice welds. I would however recommend the opening for the intake be a touch shorter, maybe 1/4". My spider pipe on my intercooler setup (an older banks system with the grey pipes) now sits about 1/4" too high to install the bolt from the spider pipe to the turbo outlet pipe. I would also say that the notch's to go around the fuel elbows are the appropriate size but some file work was needed to put a beveled edge to allow for the bolt holes to line up. The last thing i would have to recommend would be the packaging, if they would have been packaged with the two intake pipes facing outward instead of facing each other the very nicely surface would not have been marred and scraped up upon arrival to my home. Overall i think this is an amazing product and would 100% purchase again!

The good: they are the right shape/size/bolt holes line up. The bad: On my 94.5 they caused a bunch of issues. First, on the passenger side rear the notch isn't big enough for the 45 deg fuel fitting going into cylinder head. Had to dremel that bigger. Second, passenger side front contacted the engine lifting bracket so that had to be removed. Third, due to the fact that they're thicker the driver side fuel return from cylinder head can't thread on to cylinder head fitting. Need to find a slightly taller fitting. A lot of these issues could be specific to my oddball 94.5 truck, so your results may vary.
