The injectors in the 94-97 Ford Powerstroke will increase horsepower from 50-100 hp to the rear wheels with a performance chip. In the 99-03 Powerstroke diesel you will have to run a custom programmed chip to make the transition from split shot injection to the new single shot injection. Horsepower increases from 50-75 hp and mileage increase from the more efficient single shot design. NEW tungsten coated plungers and barrels and brand NEW nozzles. Please choose the flow rate for your injectors. You can choose 160cc or 180cc. The 160cc flow rate is for less smoke and 20-25 hp less than the 180cc option. Each set is matched to within 1%. Complete set of eight.
Core charge required. Please note- a custom tuned chip is required to make these injectors work properly in your truck. We recommend installing new glow plugs when installing injectors. Theses are easy to change at the same time as the injectors. However valve covers are reusable and should be fine unless the harness is damaged.
Shipping charges include a return label for your cores if you have not selected to send in cores first. If you have selected to send in cores first before your product ships it is the customers responsibility to ship cores in. We do not charge any other fees to repair your core injectors. Please note some of the other companies charge for bad parts on top of the sale price and do not use new plungers and barrels in their injectors. All cores charges refunded by issuing a check to the customer, with the exception of rusted or coked cores. Coked cores are the result of vegetable oil. Tuning Information: New Full Force Low Smoke Tuning. We now offer low smoke *Clean tuning. In a time when clean tuning is more desired we've step up to the plate. The days of "Clouds of Black Smoke" are behind us. We have partnered with a very reputable tuning company for the lowest/minimal smoke with modified injectors while maintaining optimal power output. Normal driving will yield very low smoke levels and very good power. Foot to the floor will make moderate smoke on the highest setting. Results of this custom tuning typically results in very good smoke control but smoke may vary. Tunes included are hi-idle, heavy tow, tow, street, hot street, and extreme. During the order process please indicate any further tune request you may need. HPOP, Transmission, etc. They will be custom written for each truck.

Hydra email tunes is just that we encrypt the tunes and email them to you to self install. Email tunes Hydra Low Smoke is the custom tuning for minimal smoke also emailed to you.
Turbo (Non-Polished Cover)
It is a stock sized turbo that has been completely gone through and upgraded. This turbo will spool faster, run cooler, and make more power than stock... but this is not a "larger turbo". This is basically a pre-built turbo with our "balanced assembly" that has our warranty on it and is truly drop in ready compared to the DIY Balanced Assembly.
**EXHAUST BRAKES: We get asked a lot about exhaust brakes and if they work with our turbos. We have found that some brands have clearance issues and might cause the brake to hinder performance, rub the turbine wheel, or cause other issues. These brakes typically use some sort of flapper to close which causes extreme exhaust back pressure to aide in braking. This can be hard on a turbo and motor and is not recommended. It will be up to the customer to verify fitment and functionality.**

I want to use this on a 1997 t444e. Will a stock HPOP run these injectors or will I have to upgrade that as well? Thanks.

A healthy stock HPOP will run these injectors.

I am really impressed!!! Absolutely wakes up the engine! My truck was in need of injectors and turbo. Went ahead and purchased this kit. Processing and shipping was quick. Performed the installation myself. The first test drive blew me away! Wow!! The old truck moves now!! Happy with the purchase and the efficiency of FFD. I recommend this kit if you want to wake up your 7.3

Kit has been on the truck now for about 2k miles. I went with 160cc injectors. KC stock turbo and new up pipes. Truck had intercooler alrerady. This setup plus built trans, for what I wanted out of the truck (good all round work truck) is dead on. I went with Jelibuilt tunes no complaints. No smoke unless you realy squeeze it and even then its minimal. An added bouns was Customer service. All the individuals I dealt with from order help to technical were professional, helpful and genuinely made you feel they appreciated your business.

Got this kit with the bellowed up pipes and ebpv delete and upgraded to the stage 1 turbo with 1.0 turbine. Put it on my obs f250 and its running great. Running on the stock tune no issue at the moment, php is sending me a new hydra due to a lifted trace. Cant wait to feel the increase in power when i get it back. I also suggest doing the injector cups while you are in there, and definitely suggest the riffraff tool / stainless cups to make it easy on yourself.
