DTC PCM Reflash Service
Mail in your 1994–2003 7.3 Powerstroke PCM and we reflash it to stock with either the most recent Ford factory calibration or a proven Gold Standard file. Ideal for used trucks, leftover tunes, failed chip flashes, and TSB updates.
Choose this service if:
- You want the PCM returned to true stock
- A previous owner may have left a tune on the computer after taking the tuner
- You need a factory / TSB software update
- A handheld or chip flash failed and the module will no longer take a write
- You want a clean stock baseline before installing a new tuner
What’s included:
- Bench reflash to latest Ford stock or Gold Standard stock calibration
- Removal of leftover aftermarket programming
- Pre- and post-flash functional check before the PCM ships back
- Programming for 1994–2003 7.3 Powerstroke applications (F-Series Super Duty, Excursion, and related Ford/Navistar 7.3 platforms)
How it works:
- Order the service and remove the PCM with the key out of the ignition
- Ship the module with our PCM shipping form. We do not supply pre-paid shipping labels
- We program it and return a stock, ready-to-install PCM
Notes:
- This service writes OEM stock files only—not performance or emissions-delete tunes
- A reflash will not repair a failed PCM or fix sensors, IDM, CPS, or wiring problems
- For 1994.5–1996 trucks that need full OBD-II scan-tool capability, order the separate DTC PCM Reflash Update to OBDII service

I got two pcms 202 version and 203. 202 is what I need but think it’s burnt up but if I send both in can you repair the 202 or flash the 203 to work for a 202

if my 1995 ford f250 built in december 1994 has an inactive OBD-2 port and the EEC-IV test harness was ripped out by the previous owner. Would the reflash enable OBD-II?

I have a 2007 7.3 f350 turbo Dually throwing pcm codes if I send it in can it be checked and performance flashed ? Having trouble right now with extended crank no start and only fault is pcm

Might double check you have a 2007. If you do, you might check that it's not a 6.0 Powerstroke engine.

I tried to tune my pcm with a hydra. Instantly bricked my pcm and fords IDS won’t connect to the pcm or reflash. Would you guys be able to reflash it and even test and check it?
