I got two pcms 202 version and  203. 202 is what I need but think it’s burnt up but if I send both in can you repair the 202 or flash the 203 to work for a 202

if my 1995 ford f250 built in december 1994 has an inactive  OBD-2 port and the EEC-IV test harness was ripped out by the previous owner. Would the reflash enable OBD-II?

I have a 2007 7.3 f350 turbo Dually throwing pcm codes if I send it in can it be checked and performance flashed ? Having trouble right now with extended crank no start and only fault is pcm

Might double check you have a 2007.  If you do, you might check that it's not a 6.0 Powerstroke engine.
