DTC PCM Reflash Service

Mail in your 1994–2003 7.3 Powerstroke PCM and we reflash it to stock with either the most recent Ford factory calibration or a proven Gold Standard file. Ideal for used trucks, leftover tunes, failed chip flashes, and TSB updates.

Choose this service if:

• You want the PCM returned to true stock
• A previous owner may have left a tune on the computer after taking the tuner
• You need a factory / TSB software update
• A handheld or chip flash failed and the module will no longer take a write
• You want a clean stock baseline before installing a new tuner

What’s included:

• Bench reflash to latest Ford stock or Gold Standard stock calibration
• Removal of leftover aftermarket programming
• Pre- and post-flash functional check before the PCM ships back
• Programming for 1994–2003 7.3 Powerstroke applications (F-Series Super Duty, Excursion, and related Ford/Navistar 7.3 platforms)

How it works:

• Order the service and remove the PCM with the key out of the ignition
• Ship the module with our PCM shipping form. We do not supply pre-paid shipping labels
• We program it and return a stock, ready-to-install PCM

Notes:

• This service writes OEM stock files only—not performance or emissions-delete tunes
• A reflash will not repair a failed PCM or fix sensors, IDM, CPS, or wiring problems
