The Ford PEDSKIT94-03 is the turbo pedestal O-ring kit for a 1994–2003 7.3 Powerstroke. It seals the oil feed and drain between the turbo and the pedestal, and between the pedestal and the block.
The kit is four rings: two F4TZ-6N653-A and two F4TZ-6N653-B, two large and two small. Hardened rings are the usual source of the oil puddle under the turbo after the pedestal has been off. Replace them any time the turbo or pedestal comes off. A reused ring rarely seals the second time. Clean the grooves before you install them.
It fits 1994–2003 F-Series, Excursion, and E-Series 7.3 trucks. It does not fit a 7.3 IDI.

This is not the compressor housing O-ring and not the Y-pipe O-ring. Those are Garrett 403069-0199 and Ford F81Z-9E436-AA. This kit is the oil seals under the turbo.
