The Fleece SureFlo® Performance Sending Unit is a direct drop-in replacement for the factory fuel sending unit on 2011-2016 Ford F-250/F-350 (and select F-450) 6.7L Powerstroke short-bed trucks.

Why You Need It

Stock sending units and many aftermarket setups struggle when an external lift pump (AirDog, FASS, etc.) is added. At lower fuel levels the pump can suck air, causing cavitation, inconsistent pressure, and potential damage. The SureFlo solves this with a bucket assembly and one-way check valves at the base of the unit that keep fuel available even when the tank is low. Fuel is drawn from and returned to the bucket, preventing air from entering the system.
