We only ship them blank. Easy to tune from home with the free software. We do ship Hydras with tunes when purchasing stage 1 or stage 1.5 injectors.

I ordered one after hearing good things about them but after receiving it I've had several issues with it. Truck wouldn't idle correct and the throttle would quit. After several calls and several different tunes it now works as long as you don't go over 80 daily driver. Customer service seems amazing at trying to help. They thought maybe the hpop was weak but it tested fine. Truck is a e99 all stock except 4" exhaust and k&n air intake.

I got these tunes and it gave a noticeable and awesome pep to the old 7.3. The issue I have is that between 45-50mph it "gear hunts" or shifts up and down for about 2-3 seconds. On the STOCK setting it has no issues. It makes getting on and off the highway a bit of an issue. I am thinking it is just a tuning issue so I will probably be getting new tunes from a different company when I have the funds. I have tried reaching out to customer service to no avail. Thanks.

I thought the install of this tuner would be easy. I went through the proper install and got nothing, I ended up getting my board soldered which I thought was the problem, I reinstalled the chip for probably the 5th time in the parking lot outside the electronics store and still it didn't work. I contacted full force diesel to find they has installed tunes on the ship for a super duty and not my truck. After that the chip worked fine until I discovered when using the 40hp tow mode while pulling my boat if I climb a hill and let off the throttle my truck shuts off (auto trans). The only other mods my truck has are boost fooler, intake, and exhaust. I don't use the tow anymore as I've had this happen at 60-80kph, I have the pullover and restart the truck. Not happy with the tunes I bought this chip for better fuel economy and shift points when towing.
