Dieselsite NCFE99 No-Crush Plenum Inserts (Supports) for 7.3 Powerstroke

Repair bent or crushed intake plenums on your 7.3L Powerstroke instead of replacing them. These Dieselsite No-Crush (NCF) inserts reinforce the factory stamped-steel plenums that easily deform under clamp pressure. They create a better sealing surface for the intake boots while adding significant structural strength to help prevent future crushing and boost leaks.

Simply push the inserts into place and reinstall your engine valley boots. A set includes two supports (one for each side). The sleeves feature a beveled edge designed to catch the inward flare on the outer lip of the plenum.

    Fitment

    • 2" diameter — 1994–1997 & early 1999

Always verify your plenum diameter (especially on trucks with year-swapped turbo or intake setups), as the correct size is required for proper fit. If a plenum is severely deformed, the inner lip may need minor reforming so the insert can seat correctly.

I believe the title says it all! I was having problems from keeping boots over the plenums and ended up crushing them, not a issue with these!
