6.7 Powerstroke Cold Side Intercooler Pipe | S&B 83-1001

Stop the factory cold-side CAC pipe before it bursts. S&B 83-1001 replaces the failure-prone OEM charge-air pipe on 2017–2026 6.7 Powerstroke Super Duty trucks with a 3.50-inch polished aluminum tube and a 5-ply aramid-reinforced silicone hose. The two-piece design is easier to install than the stock one-piece hose, flows more air, and uses heavy-duty spring-loaded T-bolt clamps. CARB EO D-590-49.

Let the engine cool, cover open turbo and intercooler ports, and reuse the factory CAC temperature sensor. Torque the T-bolt clamps to spec and affix the CARB label under the hood.
