Engineered specifically for trucks with the NV4500 5-speed or non-HO NV5600 6-speed transmission (1998.5–2000 235 HP models), the SDD3250-5 is a direct-fit upgrade for the factory 1-1/4" 10-spline input shaft. The SDD3250-5 features a unique half-organic / half-ceramic friction material configuration. The organic material faces the pressure plate and flywheel for smooth, positive engagement and excellent low-speed drivability. The ceramic buttons face the center plate, providing superior heat dissipation and holding power when you need it most.
A 13-inch dual-disc setup paired with a 3,250 lb diaphragm-style pressure plate delivers maximum clamping force while maintaining light pedal effort — perfect for stop-and-go traffic or long highway hauls. The dampened center plate uses neoprene slugs instead of traditional springs to eliminate rattle when the clutch is released.
