These precision-built injectors deliver approximately 30% more nozzle flow than stock, providing improved fuel delivery, stronger mid-range response, and better overall performance for lightly modified trucks.

S&S Diesel uses a proprietary nozzle honing process that creates clean, consistent spray holes. Nozzles are flow-matched to within 1% per set, and the complete injectors are flow-matched to within 3% across multiple pressure and energizing points with aligned injection rate shapes. Each injector is assembled using quality Bosch remanufactured bodies and built to a custom specification matched to the nozzle flow rate.
