The FASS HK1003U is the Ultimate electric heater kit for a Titanium or Titanium Signature Series pump. It is the cold-weather kit. You get the high-output heater disk and two heater probes, up to 500 watts.

The disk and the probes heat the fuel in the FASS and the filters so it does not gel on a cold start. The heaters switch themselves on and off. Titanium and Signature pumps already have the two heater ports. The high-output disk goes on the suction side only. It is a vacuum piece, not a pressure piece. The install hardware is in the box. The 75 psi spring is DD-FASS-75PSI. The line kit to a Driven Diesel regulated return is DD-FA-InstallKit-V5.

It fits a FASS Titanium or Titanium Signature Series system.

Wire it to a switched source so it does not sit on with the key off. A gelled filter is still a filter change. This kit thaws fuel. It does not fix water in the tank.
