TS Chip Replacement Cable and Switch

Thumbnail Filmstrip of TS Chip Replacement Cable and Switch Images

The TS replacement cable and switch is the in-cab half of a TS Performance 6-position chip. It replaces a knob that will not click, a cable that has broken, or a switch that no longer changes positions.

The chip stays in the PCM. This part is the cable from that chip to the dash and the rotary switch on the end of it. It fits every TS 6-position chip. It does not include a chip, and it will not work on a Hydra, Revolver, or Arachnid.

Install is the same as the original. Unplug the old cable at the chip, pull the switch out of the dash, and run the new one. If the truck still will not change tunes after the swap, the fault is in the chip, not the cable.

    Fitment

    • TS Performance 6-position chips
    • 1994.5–2003 7.3 Powerstroke trucks that already have a TS chip
    • Cable and switch only
    • Chip not included
    • Does not fit other brands

Use it when the knob spins free or the truck stays on one tune no matter where the switch sits.

I ordered this cable because i was having intermittent low power issues with my truck. I finally narrowed it down to suspecting that my switch wasnt working properly as i seemed to have issues most often after i had selected a different setting on my knob. My old switch was also missing the plate that stopped it from clicking more that 6 positions. I pulled my old switch, replaced with the new one, and now my issue is gone. I did re-use the old black knob from my original switch as i liked the look of it better than the silver one that came with the new switch. As always, quick shipping and great packaging from Full Force Diesel.
Exact replacement for less then what TS wants

Replacement knob assembly, mine got tangled up in the parking brake and got ripped apart. Identical to old one except knob is silver old was black. Guessing just a change with age of mime.
