I wasn't able to use their part as it wasn't needed however when it arrived and it only took a few days from the time of purchase. It was nicely packaged and double package so that it wouldn't get broken during Transit. When I went to do an RMA the whole process was super simple. When I called for any kind of help whether it be with customer service listing parts or to do the RMA they were super knowledgeable and kind.
