When you turn up boost and RPM on a 2011–2026 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke, stock valve springs can struggle to keep the valves seated. The XDP HD High Boost Valve Spring Set XD767 is a conical, heavy-duty spring kit built to add seat pressure and keep valvetrain control consistent under those loads, helping reduce valve float so the engine can hold timing and power instead of floating the valves at the top of the rev range. It is aimed at performance and elevated-boost builds—not a stock-only replacement—and fits Super Duty trucks running the 6.7L Powerstroke through the 2026 model year.
