The FASS Titanium Signature Series TSC11100G is a lift pump and filtration system for 2011-2014 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD trucks with the 6.6L LML Duramax. The LML has no factory lift pump, so the CP4.2 injection pump pulls fuel from the tank under suction. That vacuum draws air and vapor out of the fuel and starves the pump of lubrication, which puts the CP4.2 and the injectors at risk.

The TSC11100G pushes fuel to the engine at a steady 8-10 PSI with a 100 GPH flow rating, sized for stock trucks up to about 600 HP. It strips air, vapor and water from the fuel before it reaches the injection pump, and fuel pressure stays under control of the factory regulator. It installs inline using the factory suction line, so no sump or tank drilling is required. No core required.

Vehicle Fitment & Technical Installation Notes

Fits 2011-2014 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD standard pickups with the 6.6L LML Duramax. Cab and chassis trucks may need modifications to mount the system.

Installation Tip: Wire the harness first so you can power the pump during the install, then lubricate the gerotor through the water separator nipple before final assembly. Leave sealant off the AN fittings and prime the system completely before starting the engine.
