The Full Force Diesel 155cc 30% Reman PPT Injectors are a flow tested, matched set of 8 for 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke trucks. Worn 6.0L injectors are known for sticking, misfires and rough running. Most larger injectors also need a bigger turbo, a new fuel system and custom tuning before they make power. This set replaces tired injectors and adds performance in one job, on the stock turbo, stock fuel system and standard tuning.
Each injector starts as a remanufactured PPT (Pure Power Technologies) unit, not a modified used core. FFD fits the latest updated internal components and new spool valves, then flows 155cc per 1000 shot cycle through 30% oversized nozzles. The set is rated up to 525 hp with the stock turbo and is sized to add power while staying well suited for towing.
- 155cc Per 1000 Shot Cycle: More fuel per event than stock for a real power gain.
- 30% Oversized Nozzles: More flow than stock-size nozzles while staying suited to towing.
- Non-Welded Spill Ports: Removes welded spill ports, a common failure point on performance injectors.
- PPT Reman Base with New Spool Valves: Built on remanufactured units with updated internals for close-to-new reliability.
- Flow Tested and Matched: All 8 injectors are matched for even fueling across the cylinders.

Vehicle Fitment & Technical Installation Notes
Fits 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. The set runs without other upgrades. A regulated return fuel system with modified front banjo bolts, a Powermax turbo and custom tuning can add more power later, often 50 hp or more depending on the upgrade. For a high-horsepower build with a larger turbo and full fuel system, the 175cc or 190cc sets make more use of those upgrades.
Installation Tip: Install head studs with these injectors. Head studs are strongly recommended on any 6.0L, stock or modified. Lubricate the new injector O-rings with clean engine oil before seating each injector so the O-rings do not roll or cut.
