Full Force Diesel (FFD) 175cc 75% injectors fit the gap between mild street injectors and all-out race sets on 2003–2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke trucks. Each injector delivers 175cc per 1000 shot cycle through 75% oversized nozzles. They support up to 575 horsepower on a properly built truck and can still handle moderate towing.

FFD doesn't modify worn, used injectors. Every injector starts as a premium remanufactured PPT (Pure Power Technologies) unit, the OE-level supplier behind the 6.0L injector. FFD then adds the latest updated components and brand-new spool valves, so you get close-to-new reliability with performance flow.

Many performance injectors use welded spill ports, and broken welds are a common cause of injector failure. FFD's non-welded design removes that weak point.

What Problem Does This Solve?

Stock injectors limit a modified 6.0L. After a turbo upgrade, a regulated return fuel system and custom tuning, factory injectors can't deliver enough fuel to take advantage of them. The 175cc set provides that fuel volume.

Most performance injectors force you to choose between power and towing. Larger sets like the 190cc are best kept to light towing. The 175cc 75% set offers a strong horsepower gain while remaining usable for moderate trailer work, which suits trucks that serve as both daily drivers and haulers.

Aging injectors cause reliability problems. Worn 6.0L injectors are known for sticking, misfires and rough running. Because this set is built on fresh remanufactured units with new spool valves, it replaces tired injectors and adds performance at the same time.

Required Supporting Upgrades

These are performance injectors and are not a drop-in for a stock truck. Install them only with:
