The KC Turbos 302673 Jetfire is a drop-in performance turbocharger for 2015-2019 Ford Super Duty pickups with the 6.7L Powerstroke. The factory variable geometry turbo runs out of airflow once fueling and tuning go up, which shows up as high drive pressure, climbing EGTs on long pulls and fading top end. The Jetfire raises that ceiling while keeping the drivability a tow rig needs.

KC pairs a Gen 3 KC compressor wheel in a custom ported compressor cover with a Jetfire turbine wheel and a high-flow vane cage, for quicker spool, better boost control and lower drive pressure. Vehicle Fitment & Technical Installation Notes

Fits 2015-2019 Ford F-250, F-350 and F-450 pickups with the 6.7L Powerstroke. 2017-2019 trucks use the stock pedestal. 2015-2016 trucks require a pedestal conversion kit to mount the 2017-2019 style turbo; the 2015-2016 6.7L Powerstroke FFD Pedestal Conversion Kit (pedestal, coolant line, filter and gaskets) is available as an add-on. Updated tuning is required.

Installation Tip: Prime the turbo with clean engine oil through the pedestal feed before the first start, and replace the pedestal oil filter and gasket with the new ones supplied. Crank the engine with the fuel system disabled until oil pressure builds so the bearings are not run dry.
