The Diamond Eye 122004 is a 3 inch aluminized turbo downpipe kit for 1994-1997 Ford F-250 and F-350 trucks with the 7.3L Powerstroke. It replaces the factory downpipe, which narrows to a flattened section just below the turbo where it passes the firewall.
The kit comes in two pieces, so it is easier to feed into the tight OBS engine bay than one long tube. It ends in a flange that bolts to the factory catalytic converter, and it is covered by CARB Executive Order D-778.

- Fitment: 1994-1997 Ford F-250/F-350 with the 7.3L Powerstroke, all cab and bed lengths, with the factory catalytic converter.
- Installation Tip: The firewall pinch seam usually needs to be bent back for 3 inch clearance. Leave the clamps loose until both pieces and the cat flange are lined up.

Does the cab of a 95 F350 need to be modified to provide clearance for the pipe?

Typically there is a lip inside the firewall that needs to be bent slightly for clearance. Easy modification.

The upper flange is welded to close to the turbo and will not mate up flush without hitting the engine block or the up pipes. That’s without the bottom connected. I have called and tried to discuss this but keep getting forwarded to a voicemail and no one has returned my call

Astounding results literally blown away with this much pressure. Now if the wife only well lol nevermind that thank you guys this trucks really turning into a beast.
